Reco shows a new Sulky drill

Rustons Engineering was showing a new addition to its range of Sulky drills.

Called the XEOS, it uses the French manufacturer’s central volumetric metering system and its ADS adjustable distribution system.

This is claimed to give a calibration accuracy of 2% and easy adjustment for tramline width and half-width cutoff. It’s available in 3m, 3.5m and 4m widths, with either unidisc, Suffolk coulters or heavy duty cultidisc versions and a choice of mechanical and hydraulic fans. Hopper capacities range from 1000-1800 litres.
