Watkins semi high-tip trailer shown at Lamma

The first red and blue-painted semi-high-tip trailer to be made by Phillip Watkins was on display at Lamma.

Kitted out with a single rear-mounted ram, the back of the trailer can be hoisted and tipped from 2.2m high. The trailer was originally designed for filling bulk-bought fertiliser into spreaders, or potatoes into planters.

It can also double up as a standard grain trailer, with a plated capacity of 16t. It comes with a hydraulic rear door as standard and air brakes can be picked from the options list. Price of the trailer is £25,000.
