Back in July, 10 young farming hopefuls competed in Farmers Apprentice bootcamp – an intensive week packed with farming challenges – all aiming to walk away with a £25,000-a-year apprenticeship with Farmcare Ltd.
The apprentices, all aged 18-25, worked in teams to complete a variety of practical arable- and livestock-related tasks, working with some cutting-edge technology in the process.
Episode one of Farmers Apprentice 2016 will air on September 30, you can tune in to watch the six episodes, on the Farmers Apprentice website.
