A warm way to light up the City

THE cenre of London could see at least one large beacon lit to publicise the Liberty and Livelihood March.

The alliance is seeking sites in the capital for its beacon campaign. The beacons will be lit across the country on Monday, Sept 16.

Organiser Chris Kirby told farmers weekly that he was trying to find appropriate sites in London which comply with all the regulations. "We are exploring a couple of city sites at the moment."
