AHP shake-up and agrochem sale
AMERICAN Home Product has announced a restructuring of its poorly performing agrochemicals division, which it intends to sell.
It is expected to be worth about $5 billion (£3bn). Rival pharmaceutical giants AstraZeneca and Novartis are also trying to dispose of their agrochemical arms.
