Alarm on airwaves

KENT-BASED Sutcliffe Electronics claims to have developed a portable battery-powered radio alarm capable of protecting ATVs.

The alarm comprises a sensor/ transmitter which detects sudden movement and sends a radio signal to the receiver. This then buzzes to give warning that the protected equipment is being tampered with. Transmitter to receiver range is about 100m (109yd). The unit is priced from £98. &#42
