An event with a lot to offer

SCOTSHEEP 95 will be opened by MLC chairman Don Curry, who is a Northumberland sheep farmer and chairman of North Country Primestock, a lamb marketing co-operative.

The event is open to the public from 9am to 5pm on May 26 and admission is £5.

There is a record trade stand entry of more than 100 organisations, plus 26 breed societies.

The event is organised by the Scottish region of the National Sheep Association, in conjunction with the Scottish Agricultural College and with sponsorship from the Bank of Scotland.

340 suckler cows.

700 bought in suckled calves.

2000 Scotch Mule ewes.
