At Skiptons June lamb show and sale on Monday, judge Norman Gates (left) had a tough job to pick the winners. About 400 show lambs were forward, with the best selling between 115p and 120p/kg. The overall entry of over 1300 prime lambs was well up on this time last year, and sold to average 110p/kg. (Craven Cattle Marts)
