Argentina faces maté glut

THE Financial Times reports on Argentinas production of maté, a herbal infusion made from a plant similar to holly.

The market for the maté is currently facing over-production and prices are falling.

Efforts are being made to address the over-supply by trying to create an export market for Argentinas national drink.
