Aventis merger ‘a good fit’
THE merger between Hoechst and Rhône-Poulenc to form Aventis is expected to deliver “a decent fit” on the agrochemicals side of the business, according to the Financial Times.
Hoechsts investment in biotechnology matches Rhône-Poulencs strength in traditional agrochemicals, says the newspaper.
