DISTILLERS barley is available for use as a high energy and protein absorbent silage additive, claims supplier Trident Feeds.
It says trials at IGER, Aberystwyth, show a 30% reduction in effluent production compared with an all grass clamp, when distillers barley was ensiled with 13%. *
