Barrier post keeps car thieves at bay

WITHOUT the use of a crane, Stockton Engineering reckons a parked-up vehicle is almost "unstealable" when protected by its barrier post.

Hard to believe? Well, heres the theory. When a vehicle is parked nose-first against a wall, the Stockton Securopost is locked into position at the rear end in a specially designed socket.

If there is no convenient wall available, it can be replaced by a second Securopost and socket so that the vehicle is now sandwiched between two barrier posts.

Price of one Securopost and socket is £165 (0121-6227474).
