Bone-in ban over by Xmas?
NICK Brown, the agriculture minister, said the beef-on-the-bone ban could end by Christmas.
He said he was ready to lift the ban in England but insisted he had to wait until the devolved administrations in Wales and Scotland agreed.
Mr Brown disclosed that the chief medical officers for Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland have been sent new evidence supporting the end of the ban.
