Brazil finalises commodities exchange
THE Brazilian government has removed one of the last obstacles to plans by the Sao Paulo futures market to launch internationally tradeable commodities.
It has agreed to exempt non-resident investors from local income tax.
The exchange will eventually trade coffee, soya beans, orange juice and sugar.
