BTP re-organisation after buys

THE chemicals group BTP is re-organising its business after a spate of acquisitions in the past year.

The group is organising its fine chemicals division under the Archimica name, while its Nipa biocides business will transfer to the performance chemicals division.

BTPs fine chemicals division supplies ingredients for agrochemicals.

The moves were explained as the necessity to take a more global, integrated approach.
