Cancer unit gives thanks for funds from Oz journey

With reference to your article in Farmlife entitled "Trans Australia in a flying flea" (Mar 3) Phillip Baker of Adversane, near Billingshurst, not only took part in his "flying flea" he turned this unique adventure into a fund-

raising exercise for the Macmillan Unit, Midhurst

raising £3665. Sally, his wife, ably managed this side of the adventure from the ground on this side of the world!

We are all so grateful to them in helping raise funds to help this wonderful unit continue to care for patients within the unit or in their own homes.
