Conference diary date
FOR the third year running farmers weekly is teaming up with Midland Bank and accountants Touche Ross for two important autumn conferences.
"1996 and beyond" will follow a similar format to last years successful event, with particular emphasis on farming for profit. An impressive line-up of speakers has been assembled from the worlds of politics, accountancy, banking and practical farming.
The first conference will be at the East of England Showground, Peterborough, on Tue, Oct 31, with the second at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester, on Wed, Nov 1. So make a date in your diary and watch out for the application forms in farmers weekly in early October. *
