Cow swims miles for greener grass

A cow took a five-mile swim in an icy Norwegian fjord in order to get better grazing.

Farmer Per Gunnar Wennes said he was bringing five cows out to a waterfront pasture on his farm near Levanger, about 300 miles north of Oslo.

One cow vanished and Mr Wennes was told three hours later he was she had swum to the other side of the fjord.
