The prosecution of agricultural crimes is to undergo a full review in Scotland after criticism of the way the judicial system handles offences committed on farms. Scotland’s solicitor general, Lesley Thomson QC, announced the review just days after a trial of a dog owner whose pet killed 70 sheep.
