RETIREMENT brings a 356 acre mixed unit in Oxon onto the market. Most of Lower Green and Westhill Farm, Horton-cum-Studley, near Oxford, has been accepted into the local environmentally sensitive area scheme.

About 73 acres of arable and pasture are lotted with a range of buildings including covered yards and grain storage. They have a guide price of £200,000. *
