OVER 2500 FARMERS will receive a phone call in November asking for views on the Rural Payments Agency.
The agency has announced that it has appointed a market research company to conduct its third survey of its customers.
RPA customers will be asked about the way the agency provides services to them and their interest in using e-business technology for transactions with the agency.
The results of the survey will be available in January 2005 and will be published on the RPA website.
The agency said it was committed to providing a high standard of service to its customers and would use the feedback that it received to improve the services that it delivered.
“RPA urges those customers that are asked to take part in the survey to take this opportunity to help shape its services for the future.”
