Farmers Weekly has launched a new piece of research to uncover the current state of the UK agricultural workforce and needs your help to produce an accurate picture of the pay, benefits and job satisfaction of those working in the industry.

The questionnaire takes about 10-15 minutes to complete and everyone that completes the survey will be entered into a free prize draw to win £1,000.

Any answers you provide will be kept completely confidential and used in an aggregated form only, in accordance with the Market Research Society’s code of conduct and the Data Protection Act.

The research is being carried out in association with industry recruitment specialists, De Lacey Executive and aims to shed light on what it’s really like to work in UK agriculture.

With demand for a skilled workforce and the need for new entrants in agriculture being regularly reported  it’s vital we understand the sort of jobs and careers the industry is encouraging people to consider.

We’ll be asking questions around  benefits, qualifications, work load and much more besides and we’re keen to hear from both those working on farms and in agricultural related businesses.

At Farmers Weekly we believe people are UK agriculture’s biggest asset and want to demonstrate the value of those working in the industry.

That is why we are conducting this research and we would be very grateful if you could spare a few minutes to complete our confidential online questionnaire.
