Farming in EU-Japan talks
AGRICULTURE will be high on the agenda later this month when the EU resumes talks with Japan aimed at getting a new international trade round back on track.
Ministers and officials from both countries meeting in Brussels this week said agriculture was among the issues which they hoped to resolve at the talks.
Agriculture has proved a major point of dispute between the two blocs in the past.
