GRASSLAND 2002 – DONTMISSOUT

The recent wet seasons have highlighted some drainage problems on the 162-acre Grassland 2002 event site at Crewe Farm, Stoneleigh.

The Royal Agricultural Society of England, organisers of the event, took the opportunity after the spring barley crop was taken off to put some new drainage into these areas.

Grassland 2002 is being held on 22-23 May and is organised by RASE in partnership with Kemira Agriculture and in association with FARMERSWEEKLY. It will be the first large-scale outdoor event of 2002 and focuses on grass and forage from establishment through to utilisation.
