RUN a farm shop and need a handy method of checking food temperatures? ETIs Thermapen range of thermometers have a digital display with a read out of temperatures from -49.9 to + 300C with a resolution of 0.1C.

Power comes from a standard 12V alkaline battery and the thermometers incorporate auto power on/off. The action of unfolding the sensor probe activates the instrument, turning it off automatically after 5 minutes.
