Hotels’ thumbs-up to Scottish lamb

AN elite group of hotels is leading a drive to increase the awareness of the value and taste of Scottish lamb.

The Scotch Quality Beef and Lamb Association has gained the backing of 58 hotels, with a combined turnover of £50 million, to show that on the menu Scotch lamb is a quality product.
