‘Hunt complaints at new high’

By FWi staff

THERE were a record number of complaints against foxhunts in November, claim anti-hunt protesters.

The League Against Cruel Sports says it received 58 requests for legal advice and 12 reports of hounds running out of control, reports The Times.

Its dossier of “hunt havoc” showed that self-regulation by hunters is unworkable, claims the group.

The Government is expected to confirm on Wednesday (06 December) that a fox hunting bill will be introduced in the next session.
