International OKfor ACCSservice

ACCS has become the countrys first farm assurance scheme for combinable crops, beef and lamb to meet the internationally recognised standard EN45011/ISGuide 65 for product certification.

The award for the scheme, which is operated by Oxon-based CMi, will reassure members that they continue to be independently verified by a company whose expertise fully complies with the requirements of the UK Accreditation Scheme, says ACCS chairman Tony Pexton.

CMi itself can now also provide inspection services to the standards set by the Euro Retailer Produce Working Group designed to encourage integrated crop and pest management. &#42
