ABILITY to harness vehicle power to the "precision farmers" laptop computer is now available from Merlin Equipment.

Supplied with a cigar lighter socket plug, the Notepower 75i inverter converts a vehicles 12V battery power into 230V AC – the power form needed by the computer. Inverter price is £86 (01491-824333).
