Making buildings not so rusty…

HOT gas defrost is incorporated on a dehumidifier which is designed for use at lower ambient temperatures – down to 6C.

The Clarke dehumidifier, from Clarke Power Products, removes condensation and dampness within an enclosed building. Hence it should reduce rusting of stored equipment, the firm claims.

Capable of removing up to 7.5 litres (1.6gal) of water in a day, the dehumidifier either switches off automatically when its container is full or it can be plumbed into a waste water pipe.

The unit weighs 22kg, and is priced at £276 (0181-986 8231).
