Monitor warns of CO2 danger

The ability for deadly concentrations of carbon dioxide to build up in tower silos and other farm storage areas is well known – several have paid for it with their lives.

It would make sense for such areas to be equipped with a monitor which could warn of such dangers. Leamington Spa-based Environmental Instruments has produced this sensor – the Airwatch 1750 – which constantly monitors the amount of carbon dioxide and provides a visual and audible warning alarm system in the event of levels becoming dangerous. &#42
