THE National Park Authority has produced a new publication to help farmers planning to build a new house or convert old buildings for farm workers in the Peak District.
The leaflet Agricultural Workers Dwellings gives advice to people intending to submit a planning application for new homes for farm workers within the park.
Councillor John Bull, who chairs the authoritys planning committee, said: "Asking for planning permission can be daunting if people are not familiar with the process. This publication tells people what they have to do and sets out the key points of the authoritys policies on agricultural workers dwellings." *
