Perkins Foods pursues French firms
PERKINS Foods is expected to announce the acquisition of Fraisnor and Traditions dAsie, two French chilled food companies, for £13 million.
The figure includes an option to acquire Mrs Lams, another chilled food manufacturer based in the UK.
Perkins intends to use the groups product development skills and European sales network to expand its range and increase its customer list.
