Roamer Bill nearer

LAWS allowing the public greater access to the countryside moved a step closer today (Fri) after the government finally published its draft Countryside Bill.

The Bill was published after FARMERS WEEKLY went to press but was expected to give the public the right to roam across all mountain, moor, heath, down and registered common land in England and Wales.
