Round pig trough is corrosion free

CORROSION resistant feeders moulded in tough polymer concrete are suitable for ad lib feeding acidic ingredients such as whey, according to manufacturer Durofarm.

Its Round Trough is 1m in diameter with a polyethylene lid, and is claimed to feed up to 25 pigs on an ad lib liquid feeding system. The delivery pipe is split into two outlets to deliver the feed to opposite sides of the trough. A probe at either side of the trough controls the amount of feed dispensed and prevents over-filling, says Durofarm.
