Scots set out land reform aims
THE Scottish Executive is about to publish its white paper on land reform for the new Scottish parliament.
The Scottish deputy justice minister Angus MacKay tells The Herald that the paper will have two main strands.
These are a communitys right to buy, and the public right of access to Scotlands land for leisure and recreational interests.
He warns landowners to keep talking and not rush to take legal action.
