Sentry profits slump to £94,000

SENTRY Farming reported a decline in pre-tax profits last year from £1.47million to £94,000 because of lower prices, poor weather and a wet harvest.

Sales fell from £9.47m to £8.56m. The increasing strength of Sterling also hit the Suffolk-based farm management company.
