Shredder man back walking

A FARM worker is up and about just a fortnight after receiving severe injuries when he was dragged through a shredding machine.

Doctors thought Percy Apps, of Hoath, Kent, had a slim chance of survival. The machine cut his neck muscles, caused both lungs to collapse and fractured his ribs and jaw.
