SMOKED Scotch lamb gigots will be the first product to come to the market from the Scotch Quality Beef and Lamb Associations (SQBLA) development project.
The new product, produced at Rannoch Smokery, Kinloch Rannoch, Perthshire, will be sold whole to caterers and pre-sliced to retail outlets and will be marketed as Specially Selected Smoked Lamb. *
