Staff cuts on ADAS agenda

SENIOR ADAS management and union representatives are to meet next week (Fri, Apr 18) to discuss how to limit compulsory redundancies over the next six months.

The newly privatised company has signalled that it needs to shed 120 staff (News, Mar 21). But ADAS head of human resources, Chris Ouseley, said he hoped some staff would be transferred to the Farm and Rural Conservation Agency, while others would be lost through natural wastage.n
