Tell us about suspected foot-and-mouth
DOES anyone else think farms with a suspected foot-and-mouth outbreak should be reported publicly?
Surely the farming community should be aware of a potential outbreak before it is confirmed – purely from a farm access and management point of view. Forewarned is fore-armed.
MAFF knows where they are, the government knows where they are – surely the local farmers deserve the right to know also?
