Tenderiser bombs out with
BRITAINS meat industry has dismissed a new meat tenderising invention which is said to look like a nuclear reactor.
The Hydrodyne Tenderwave, patented by inventor John Long, sends supersonic shockwaves through the meat, tearing muscle proteins and leaving it far more tender.
Meat and Livestock Commission spokesman Phil Saunders said: “British beef is already selling like a bomb. We dont need this to help it.”
