Tractor destroyed in suspected arson attack

A tractor was totally destroyed in what firefighters believe was a deliberate arson attack.

A fire crew from Tiverton was called to a report of a tractor on fire in Scratchface Lane, Cadbury, near Exeter, at 12.13pm on Saturday (6 September).

Upon arrival they found a tractor well alight and they extinguished the flames using a hose reel jet.

Fire investigators said the cause of the fire, which resulted in the tractor being completely destroyed, was deliberate.
