Wayleave rates agreed
ELECTRICITY wayleave payments for farmers have been agreed for the year beginning Apr 1, 1997, with small increases for some categories.
The new rates are payable to occupiers of land. They follow the setting, late last year, of payments for landowners covering the period to Apr 2001 (Business, Dec 20).
Owner-occupiers receive both sums.n
