Well done, Jack Cunningham, but what will happen when sheep are to be included, with cattle, as specified risk material?
Who is going to collect the fallen stock?
Hunts already subsidise the removal of fallen beasts, but with 4 million tons of fallen stock recovered by hunts last year, I feel that the subsidising of the collection of sheep will prove to be the last straw for many of the smaller packs.
It may prove cheaper to feed a dried meal – in which case, where do the carcasses go?
