Whole or in seven lots…

GRANGE Farm, Godington is following the trend of lotting up a farm with residential appeal, it is on the market as a whole or in seven lots.

Most of the remaining arable acreage is split two ways into blocks of 74 and 189 acres with guide prices of £2033/acre and £1985/acre, respectively.
