Woman, 21, is Crofter of the Year
A WOMAN aged 21 has become Crofter of the Year.
Maressa Munro, from Feorlig, near Dunvegan, on the Isle of Skye, left school to look after her fathers cattle and sheep when he was badly injured by a bull.
She enjoys being out in the harsh weather so much that she intends to take over the croft when her parents retire.
