Woodland pine and larch offer

CURR Wood part of the Seafield Estates 24,000-acre commercial woodland portfolio now is for sale guided at nearly £600,000 for the whole.

Near Dulnain Bridge, Grantown-on-Spey, Speyside the 308-acre woodland originates from the 1880s and includes Scots pine and European larch. A significant income is available immediately from felling approvals already agreed with the Forestry Commission.

Also there is considerable wildlife and botanical interest and in lots a 28-acre amenity woodland is guided at offers over £10,000 by selling agent John Clegg & Co.
