When film maker Jeremy Cole, 27, found a piece of plastic in his Nando’s, he was understandably disappointed and complained, and the chicken restaurant duly put some vouchers in the post.
Nando’s letter of apology arrived, but the post had been tampered with and the vouchers did not.
Mr Cole took to Twitter to express his ire, Tweeting:
