In just over a month the leaders in the world’s feed industry are set to gather in Kentucky to debate the big issues facing producers globally.

 

The Alltech’s 27th International Animal Health and Nutrition Symposium will have presentations dealing with feeding by-products of biofuel production, increasing feed conversion, reducing the impact on the environment as well as using new media to talk to consumers.

“It’s an unmissable opportunity for individuals in agribusiness worldwide to come together to discuss key topics,” said regional director of Alltech UK Ian Leach.

“Sustainable profitability must be our byword and we continue to explore ways in which new technology, the innovative use of new raw materials and adding value to conventional agricultural products can reduce the impact of agriculture on the environment.”

A variety of seminars and breakout sessions will cover all livestock with poultry, pig, beef, dairy all receiving broad coverage.
